At Tinsel Designs our Terms and Conditions are designed to be transparent and concise because we'd like you to be aware of what you are signing up for when you visit our website or shop with us online, on social media or in person. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions and orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Tinsel Designs, hereinafter referred to as ”us ” or ”we”, at the Tinsel Designs website or a pop up store or social media.
By using tinseldesigns.com and/or shopping with us in person or on social media, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned here so please make sure you have read and understood these before placing your order.
1. We are transparent about the pricing of our products and services will always provide you the current sale price that is inclusive of taxes at the time of your purchase. We do sometimes change the price of our products so you may see a higher or lower price for the same product from time to time because we produce in small batches and our production costs vary or we may have limited time sales promotions. However we commit to provide you the product at the price that was shared with you at the time of your purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount to you.
2. While we do our best to represent our products and services accurately we cannot guarantee that the information provided will be 100% true because we are dependent on third parties like suppliers and sub-contractors for some of this. Please specially be mindful that colors may not appear accurately in pictures on a computer screen. Similarly, delivery timelines are indicative and actual days may vary. In the event you feel any of our products or services have been inaccurately represented please share the feedback with at at contactus@tinseldesigns.com so we can address it immediately or respond to your concerns.
3. If you have a complaint regarding material or manufacturing defects in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know immediately or within 14 days of purchase. We promise to correct the defect to your satisfaction or replace the item with a similar item. We will not be able to replace items that have been used by you or not returned in the same condition in which they were sold (e.g. missing labels) or where complaint about defect is presented to us beyond 14 days of sale. Our maximum liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising in connection with your use of our web or social properties or products shall be limited to the total price of your order. We do not responsibility for any indirect losses (e.g. you didn't get a job because our courier services didn't deliver your order in time).
4. All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at tinseldesigns.com remain with Tinsel Designs and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of tinseldesigns.com our creations or content other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Tinseldesigns.com
